Wir verwenden keinerlei Zusätze (wie zum Beispiel Schwefel oder Ascorbinsäure) zu unseren Trockenobst-Spezialitäten. Diese werden ausschließlich durch Wasserentzug (trocknen) haltbar gemacht. Die Trocknung erfolgt mit der Energie der Sonne über eine Solaranlage und bei Schlechtwetter mit Biomasse (Hackschnitzel).
